I am as dependent on you as you are on me, as we all are on the kindness and labor of others we too often take for granted.
As I look around, I see that my fortune is dependent on the cooperation and contributions of others. I did not make it to this point in my life alone. Every aspect of my well-being is due to the hard work of you and many others. Just look at the buildings we live and work in, the roads we travel, the clothes we wear, the food we eat. They are all provided by others.
Nothing would exist for you and me if it were not for the kindness of so many people working throughout the world unknown to us. We are all connected. Until the 99 percent of those occupying the earth realize this, only those understanding life’s true purpose shall know how to live.
Great writing, I have just discovered this site. I’m looking forward to reading everything here. Thank you.

I wonder if those challenges Jack Kornfield mentions are not there for us to overcome and thereby come closer to the truth of what Life is, and always will be, all about?
