Sutta Nipata calls me to Omega Institute

     Will return to Omega Institute this week for a 5-day Retreat to meditate on PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) with veterans led by the Rev. Claude AnShin Thomas, an ordained Buddhist monk and a Vietnam War veteran.

     One thought I want to focus on is this suggestion from the Buddha, who seems to reach out to me from 2,400 years ago to deliver this message.

     It shows us how to discover Heaven on Earth.

     I hope to seek it by taking the first step on this journey.

     By starting from within.
